You may return your dress to us within 3 business days of receiving the package. We will issue you a store credit for the cost of the item, which will be valid for 6 months. We are only able to accept returns on Dresses (excluding Bridal Gowns) and Shoes, and the item must be in original condition, unworn with tags attached. Bridal Gowns, Jewelry, Handbags, Undergarments, Swimwear, Bridal Accessories and Sunglasses are not eligible for return. In addition, Special Order items, Sale items, and items purchased in our Showroom are not eligible for return.
To return an item please contact us for a return authorization number (RMA number), and write that number on the outside of your return package.
International customers choosing UPS for return shipments must fill out the return label correctly and select “Free Domicile” when completing the shipping label.
If your dress is damaged when you receive it, please contact us the day you receive it for a return label and we will replace the item.
If you refuse a package from MissesDressy we will treat it as a return and issue you a store credit for the cost of the item.
Items Returned Without an RMA
If you return an item to MissesDressy without first being issued an RMA#, your purchase will incur a 50% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted directly from the issuance of store credit.
MissesDressy is an authorized retailer for all the designers on our website. You can find us listed as an authorized retailer on the manufacturer’s websites, and when you order a dress from us it will ship in the original manufacturer packaging with with original tags attached.
We offer a Price Match Guarantee on all our products. If you find the same dress at a lower price within two weeks of your purchase, we will match that price and give you an extra 6% discount on your item. To be eligible for a price match, the competition retailer must be authorized by the designer to sell the item at that price, and they must have the item in that same color and size currently available in stock. Excludes Sale items, Mori Lee, Terani, and Sherri Hill items.
All items are subject to stock availability. While many are in stock, we may have to special order your item. When you select your size and color, you will see the estimated shipping time appear below. Rush shipping options are sometimes available, please contact us to discus rush options. Please note that items available as a special order are not eligible for return. Any sale item is final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on Final Sale items.
We request that all customers enter a wear date for their dress at checkout. If no wear date is specified, then we will proceed with the order if it will be able to ship within the time frame noted on the website at the time of order. If the dress will not ship until after the specified ship date, we will contact the customer either by phone or email. If we do not hear from the customer within 72 hours, we will cancel the order.
Once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled without incurring a 50% cancellation fee.
Shipping is FREE on all orders shipping within the United States. While shipping method is at our discretion, we typically use USPS priority or express mail. You can usually expect your package to arrive within 1 to 3 business days.
In some cases express shipping is available. Please note that express shipping does not expedite the processing of your order. Processing times located under the size and color selection menus are applicable to all orders.

We will also ship your order internationally, and international shipping is FREE for orders $500 and up. For orders under $500, international shipping costs will depend on your location. You will be able to see the exact cost of shipping to your location before your order is complete at checkout. Regretfully we're unable to ship Allure, Night Moves, Mori Lee, Mon Cheri, Tony Bowls, Maggie Sottero, and Enzoani outside of the United States, including subsidiary companies. Please contact us to confirm if we can ship a particular dress to your country. Please note that while shipping is free, you are responsible for duty and tax costs imposed by the destination country’s authorities. Those fees are not associated with MissesDressy, they are collected and kept by the destination country's authorities.
Many of our dresses are available to ship to you the same business day. This will be noted in the processing time after you make your size and color selection. A Ships Today banner indicates that at least one size and color combination is available to ship today. For items that can ship today, the order must be placed by 2pm to process that same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the following business day.
Once an order has been placed you can track the order progress on MissesDressy.com. Log in to your account to view your order tracking number. This tracking number will also be sent to your email address, so please be sure to enter your email address correctly. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.
We ship using USPS and DHL. The courier used for free shipping will be at our discretion. However, if you have a preference of couriers, just let us know. We are unable to use customer's personal courier accounts to cover shipping costs.
We are happy to ship your order to any address you would like. However if your shipping address is not the same as your billing address or cannot be verified by your credit card company we will require the cardholder to fill out an address verification form and submit photo ID to confirm that we may ship the order to that address. If you do not want to fill out the form you may add the desired shipping address to your credit card, or we can ship the item to your billing address. Please contact us if you have any questions about this process.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, or PayPal, CashU, Money Order, and Bank Transfer as forms of payment. If you wish to pay using bank transfer, please contact us and we'll e-mail you the account details.
For your protection, all orders are subject to manual credit card verification. This verification process usually takes less than one business day, however international order verification may take 2-3 business days to complete. You will be contacted within 24 hours of placing your order if we require additional information to complete this process.
MissesDressy will put items on layaway for up to ninety days with a minimum non-refundable deposit of 15%. To place an item on layaway please contact a customer service representative from 9am to 6pm EST, Monday to Friday, at 212-203-5052. Layaway orders cannot be placed directly through the website. Your item will be shipped when payment has been made in full. If payment is completed before the item is ready to ship, we will ship your order as soon as it becomes ready. You must complete payment for your layaway order within the ninety day period. If payment is not completed within this time period, there will be no refunds on previous payments received. Sale items may not be placed on layaway. Layaway orders are final sale.
Store Credit Policy
Returned items will be issued credit with the following deductions:
For orders which were eligible for Free Shipping, a $10.00 deduction will be applied to the issuance of store credit. Any future store credit orders are still eligible for Free Shipping.
For order which were eligible for Free Shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the issuance of store credit. Any future store credit orders are still eligible for Free Shipping.
Any items purchased through the use of store credit, will become Final Sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on Final Sale items.
