At MissesDressy, we are happy to accept your first return for a 100% full refund! We try to provide the most accurate and complete information possible for you to find your perfect dress. But we understand that sometimes, a dress won't fit quite right. You can return your dress to us within 3 days for a refund, or you can make an exchange for a different dress. We will gladly help you select a new dress that will work best for you.
There's a few things you should know:
a. To begin the return process you will need a return authorization number (RMA number) issued by MissesDressy. Contact us to receive this number.
All return packages must have the RMA number on the box. All shipments without RMA numbers will be refused.
b. We can only accept returns on dresses and shoes. You must ship the item back to us within three (3) days of the delivery date of your item.
c. Make sure all the original tags are attached and the dress or shoes are unworn. We cannot accept returns of dresses that have been worn or damaged.
d. You will be given a full refund on the first dress you return, in the United States (return label not included). The first return in the US is 100% free, with no restocking fee.
e. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for all returns on international orders, including the first return. International orders include all those with shipping addresses outside of the United States, and those paid with international forms of payment.
f. If you wish to return more than one dress, each subsequent dress will be issued a store credit for the amount of the dress, less a 10% restocking fee.
g. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for all non-dress returns, including the first non-dress return.
h. Refunds will take approximately 7-10 days to process.
i. Special order dresses, clearance dresses, and dresses purchased in our Showroom are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed on our website while shopping at our Showroom will be considered website orders for the purposes of return and exchange.
j. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Bridal gowns over $2500.
k. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on discounted inventory sale items.
l. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any undergarments, handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, or bridal accessories.
m. All Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
International customers choosing UPS for return shipments must fill out the return label correctly and select “Free Domicile” when completing the shipping label.
All our dresses are inspected by the manufacturer before arriving at MissesDressy. But we go one step further and inspect each and every dress again before it ships out to make sure that your gorgeous gown will arrive tear, stain and odor free! In the unlikely event that a damaged dress slips through the cracks, contact us the day you receive the dress and we'll gladly replace the dress for you.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will do our very best to work with you until you are satisfied and have the dress of your dreams. However, we are not able to accept responsibility for refused packages. Refusing a package does not cancel the order - the customer is still liable for payment. If a customer refuses delivery of a package, and that package is shipped back to us, we will issue a store credit, less a 25% restocking fee. We will also charge any future shipping charges associated with that order. If a customer refuses delivery of a package and the courier does not ship it back to us, we will relinquish all responsibility of that package as if it were delivered to the customer, and the customer remains liable for payment of that order. We recommend that you contact your courier for any refused shipment to ensure that it is returned to us.
MissesDressy is an authorized retailer for all of the designers on our website. You can also find us listed as authorized retailers on the manufacturer's sites, for example at Sherri Hill, Allure, Terani etc. All our dresses are shipped in their original manufacturer packaging with authenticity tags attached. Beware of cheap imitation dresses available for much lower costs - we source all our stock directly from the manufacturer to guarantee a genuine product for your money!
We know that shopping online can be a minefield - We can help! At MissesDressy.com we offer a 'Price Match Guarantee'. If you find the same dress at a lower price within two weeks of your purchase we will match that price and discount your dress by 6% too! Simply contact us with the details. Competition stockists must have the same color and size available and must be authorized by the designer to sell the item at that price. This offer is not applicable to sale and clearance dresses. Excludes Mori Lee, Terani and Sherri Hill dresses.
We are proud to have 95% of our inventory in stock and current. We strive to keep every dress on the site up to date however, all dresses are subject to stock availability. While we have many dresses in stock, we may have to special order your dress. When you select the size and color of your dress you will see an estimated shipping time appear below. If this time suits, go ahead and place your order. If this time is not within your wear date range please contact one of our customer service representatives to help and discuss drop shipping options.
Not all dresses are available in every size right off the rack, some may need to be special ordered just for you. In this case, we strongly encourage customers to get measured properly and order the appropriate size as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for special-order items. Also, once an order has been placed for a special-order dress, the order cannot be canceled.
Although our website almost always accurately predicts the shipping date when you enter the size and color for a dress, we request that customers enter their wear date on checkout. If no wear date is specified, our procedure is to proceed with orders that will become available within the time frame noted on the website at time of order. If the dress will not ship until after the specified ship date, we will contact the customer either by phone or email. If we do not hear from the customer within 72 hours, we will cancel the order. Our customer service fashionistas are standing by and would be happy to assist you in finding a similar dress that's available!
At MissesDressy.com we are happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States. This way you get all the benefits of shopping direct from a store with all the convenience of shopping online! With free shipping we typically use USPS priority or express mail. You can usually expect your package to arrive within 1 to 3 business days.

Many of our dresses are available to ship to you the same business day. This will be noted in the processing time after you make your size and color selection. A Ships Today banner indicates that at least one size and color combination is available to ship today. To take advantage of same day shipping on these items, be sure to place your order before 2pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the following business day.
We are also happy to ship your order outside of the United States. International Shipping is FREE on all orders $500 and up. While shipping is free, you, the customer, are responsible for duty and tax costs imposed by the destination country's authorities. Those fees assessed on these shipments are not associated with MissesDressy, they are collected and kept by the destination country's authorities.
Shipping on International orders under $500 costs approximately $39, with some variation depending on your location. You will be able to see the exact cost of shipping to your location before your order is complete at checkout. Regretfully we're unable to ship Allure, Mori Lee, Mon Cheri, Tony Bowls, and Maggie Sottero outside of the United States, including subsidiary companies. Please contact us to confirm if we can ship a particular dress to your country.
We ship using USPS and DHL. The courier used for free shipping will be at our discretion. However, if you have a preference of couriers, just let us know. We are unable to use customer's personal courier accounts to cover shipping costs.
Once an order has been placed you can track the order progress on MissesDressy.com. Log in to your account to view your order tracking number. This tracking number will also be sent to your email address, so please be sure to enter your email address correctly. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.
At MissesDressy.com we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as forms of payment. Don't want to pay by credit card? Don't worry! We also accept payments via PayPal, Money Order and Bank Transfer. If you wish to pay using bank transfer, please contact us and we'll e-mail you the account details.
For your protection, all orders are subject to manual credit card verification. This verification process usually takes less than one business day, however international order verification may take 2-3 business days to complete. You will be contacted within 24 hours of placing your order if we require additional information to complete this process.
