Shopping Policies
MissesDressy is an authorized retailer for all of the designers on our website. You can also find us listed as authorized retailers on the manufacturer's sites, for example at Jovani, Allure, Terani etc.
All our dresses are shipped in their original manufacturer packaging with authenticity tags attached. Beware of cheap imitation dresses available for much lower costs - we source all our stock directly from the manufacturer to guarantee a genuine product for your money!

We know that shopping online can be a minefield - We can help! At MissesDressy.com we offer a 'Price Match Guarantee'. If you find the same dress at a lower price within two weeks we will match that price and discount your dress by 6% too! Simply contact us with the details. Competition stockists must have the same color and size available and must be an authorized reseller. This offer is not applicable to sale and clearance dresses. Excludes Mori Lee, Terani and Sherri Hill dresses.

We are proud to have 95% of our inventory in stock and current. We strive to keep every dress on the site up to date however, all dresses are subject to stock availability. While we have many dresses in stock, we may have to special order your dress. When you select the size and color of your dress you will see an estimated shipping time appear below. If this time suits, go ahead and place your order. If this time is not within your wear date range please contact one of our customer service representatives to help and discuss drop shipping options.

We request that customers enter their wear date on checkout. If no wear date is specified, our procedure is to proceed with orders that will become available within a month of the order date, or sooner. If the dress will be available at a time after a month after the order, we will contact the customer either by phone or via e-mail. If we don't hear from the customer in 24 hours, we will proceed with the order.

Not all dresses are available in every size right off the rack, some may need to be special ordered just for you. In this case, we strongly encourage customers to get measured properly and order the appropriate size as we cannot accept exchanges for special-order items. Also, once an order has been placed for a special-order dress, the order cannot be canceled.

Our website almost always accurately predicts shipping date when you enter the size and color for a dress. However, in the unlikely event that your dress is not available, we will notify you and void the transaction within 1 business day. Our customer service fashionistas are standing by and would be happy to assist you in finding a similar dress that's available!


Shipping Policies
At MissesDressy.com we are happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States. This way you get all the benefits of shopping direct from a store with all the convenience of shopping online! With free shipping we typically use USPS priority or express mail. You can usually expect your package to arrive within 1 to 3 business days.
In some cases express shipping is available:
2 Day shipping - $22
1 Day Shipping - $31

We are also happy to ship your order outside of the United States. International Shipping is FREE on all orders over $200. While shipping is free, you, the customer, are responsible for duty and tax costs imposed by the destinations country's authorities. Those fees assessed on these shipments are not associated with MissesDressy, they are collected and kept by the destinations country's authorities.
Please note that Terani and Jovani ship internationally at a flat rate of $39. International courier shipping is available for a flat fee of $39. Regretfully we're unable to ship Mori Lee, Mon Cheri, Hale Bob and Tony Bowls outside of the United States.

We ship using FedEx, USPS, DHL, Aramex, or TNT. The courier used for free shipping will be at our discretion. However, if you have a preference of couriers, just let us know. We are unable to use customer's personal courier accounts to cover shipping costs.

Once an order has been placed you can track the order progress on MissesDressy.com. Log in to your account to view your order tracking number.


Payment Policies
At MissesDressy.com we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as forms of payment.
Don't want to pay by credit card? Don't worry! We also accept payments via PayPal, Money Order and Bank Transfer. If you wish to pay using bank transfer, please contact us and we'll e-mail you the account details.

MissesDressy may charge a small amount (less than $1) to you card for verification purposes. This charge will be refunded after verification.


Return Policies
When buying a dress we do recommend that you measure yourself as per the guidelines of each designer. But sometimes that is just not enough, we understand! Most other special occasion wear retailers do not accept returns or exchanges on any of their dresses. At MissesDressy we are committed to excellent customer service and are happy to offer an exchange on your purchase if you need.

There's a few things you should know:
a. To begin the return process you will need a return authorization number (RMA number) issued by MissesDressy. Contact Us to receive this number.
All return packages must have the RMA number on the box. All shipments without RMA numbers will be refused.
b. You must ship the dress back to us within three (3) days of receiving the dress.
c. Make sure all the original tags are attached and the dress is unworn. We cannot accept returns of dresses that have been worn or damaged.
d. You will be given full store credit valid for six months at MissesDressy.com, on the first dress you return. This will be credited to your MissesDressy account and applied against your next purchase.
e. You will have to pay a flat fee for shipping and handling on the replacement dress. The fee is $40 to ship within the United States, and $80 if the shipping address is outside the United States. This fee will be deducted from your store credit.
The restocking fee for returning shoes is 10% of the retail price.
f. If you return more than one dress, a 10% restocking fee will be assessed for each dress returned to us after the first dress.
g. And best of all - store credit is transferable to others if you wish to do so! So if your dress did not fit and you cannot find a style you like, maybe your sister, friend, cousin or even your mother can!
h. Special order dresses and clearance dresses are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
i. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on discounted inventory sale items.
j. There will be no returns (refunds nor exchanges) accepted for any undergarments, handbags or jewelry.

International customers choosing UPS for return shipments must fill out the return label correctly and select “Free Domicile” when completing the shipping label.

All our dresses are inspected by the manufacturer before arriving at MissesDressy. But we go one step further and inspect each and every dress again before it ships out to make sure that your gorgeous gown will arrive tear, stain and odor free! In the unlikely event that a damaged dress sneaks through the checks, contact us the day you receive the dress and we'll gladly replace the dress for you.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will do our very best to work with you until you are satisfied and have the dress of your dreams. However, we are not able to accept responsibility for refused packages. Refusing a package does not cancel the order - the customer is still liable for payment. If a customer refuses delivery of a package, and that package is shipped back to us, we will charge a flat fee for shipping and issue the customer a store credit. The flat fee for shipping and handling: $50 in US, $100 international. We will also charge any future shipping charges associated with that order. If a customer refuses delivery of a package and the courier does not ship it back to us, we will relinquish all responsibility of that package as if it were delivered to the customer, and the customer remains liable for payment of that order.
